Our next stop was the Atomium, a totally touristy building with strange architecture inspired by the atom. The spheres, of course, become the exhibition galleries while the bonds represented by those cylindrical tubes becomes escalators or staircases for circulation. Quite an engineering feat. From the city centre we could see this enormous structure dominate the skyline, while from within the builidng of course, we could see the entire city of Brussels.









A shot of our hostel. 2Go4 hostel is highly recommended. Everything is newly furnished and well maintained. The only difference between this hostel and a regular hotel is probably just a television and wardrobes. It was a good decision to pick this hostel. Can't see who is it lazing on the bed so I added a bubble to help u identify who it is :)
