SEE!!! I'm not the only sucker for collectibles in the world (in fact, I am already quite good as I only focus on Marvel and vintage Transformers). Here's a scene at a local toy store, The Falcon's Hanger, on the 3rd day of CNY. News of clearance sale spread like wild fire, as customers and scalpers alike queue up to get their deals of the lifetime. Got nothing in my mind that I will want and that the shop has to offer, so I'll pass... Of course, I went there with the same mentality of hoping to get a discount, but since the queue is so long, cannot really be bothered la :)

Every year during Chinese New Year, my mom will make me write a couplet to be hung at my front door. This year, w/o fail, I came home yesterday to find the Chinese ink, red paper (folded nicely) and the couplet written by ballpoint pen on scrap paper... Meaning it's time to write again. I only write once a year, but still not bad right...? Haha, must admit, got alot of "touch-ups" here and there, and not written at one go like the masters in Chinatown. Still... WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!

Recently added Face-off Captain America to my tiny Marvel action figures collection :) Taka sale half price at $12. Who can resist?? There are alot of Marvel stuff on sale now at Taka, like Face offs (DD and Hulk sets at $12), Masterworks (Galactus, Thing / Hulk, Spidey / Green Goblin at $10) and Select (Carnage and Wolverine). I love it when Taka stabs them scalpers in the back!
Submission's around the corner. Here we have our group motivator Yisu, who is always on the ball and always torture himself and always keeps things in check and make sure we are on time and stays in studio most of the time and... err... the list just goes on and on. But lucky he is around to push things if not, sure die chialat chialat! Behind is YQ... Jhee gay~

Bought a new jacket cuz the zip for my old one came out... It's lasted me 3 years already, so... about time I guess. We went back to the same place to buy: U2. Hooded jacket at 1/2 price and is reversible somemore (means can wear inside-out!). Quite a good deal lah~
Instead of going out for dinner, we decided to cook this year :) Test out the culinary skills I've learnt from Ju and Craig during exchange! Bought all the stuff we need from NTUC... Heh.
Had fun preparing but it took quite awhile. By the time we finish eating it was already 3 hours since we started and we were already darn tired -.-" Still had to clean up too! Maybe we'll eat out next year haha...
